How do I reset my password?  

When you try to log in to BlazeTV, you should automatically be prompted to reset your password for the new platform. If you didn’t receive the prompt, please visit this link. If you did not get the password reset email that should have been generated, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still are unable to reset your password, please send us an email at support@blazetv.com. We will send you a password reset link. Our support team is addressing emails as fast as they can. How do I get the BlazeTV Roku app to work?

The Roku app should have updated automatically in the past 24 hours. If for some reason it didn’t, we’ve created a handy step-by-step guide to forcing your Roku to update the app. You can access it here.


How do I get my FireTV app to work?

We had to completely change the FireTV app, as the old app would not update for the new BlazeTV. You will need to download the app titled “BlazeTV: News & Entertainment for people who love America.” If the app is asking you to register the device at a website that contains “/devicereg” in the URL, you still have the old app. You can learn more about updating to the new app at this link.

How do I sign into the iOS app?

At the bottom of the iOS app screen are the words “Connect with Email.” Click there to sign in. In the next update of our app, it will clearly say "Sign In."  You asked, we listened.


How do I cast from my iPhone to my TV?

Casting from an iPhone to a TV is currently unavailable. But if you were doing that via your AppleTV, you can download the BlazeTV app for AppleTV.


I can’t get my device to work and it’s not playing on the web. Help!

Login using your browser. While in Chrome, click “Chrome” in the menu, then select “Preferences.”

Alternatively, type in chrome://settings/ for the URL. Now you should be in Settings. On the submenu, select Privacy and security. Go to Site Settings. 


Then click “Cookies and Site Data.” When you see “Block third-party cookies” turn it off.
